How soon will my order arrive?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days. During holidays and busy seasons, it can take around 2 weeks from production to arriving at your door. Back to top.

How do I track my order?

How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand service. Our printers have multiple locations, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! Back to top.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Back to top.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [insert your support email here] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! Back to top.

What’s your return policy?

What type of tarot readings do you offer?

How soon can I get my readings?
I’m currently 4 days out on readings. I don’t offer express, “line jumping” readings at the moment -I am planning on it in the future when my schedule allows for it. Back to top.

Can I get a free reading/quick one-card reading to try?
I don’t offer free or trial readings at this time. If you’d like to get a sense of my reading style, please follow me on Instagram, other social media or my blog to see if I’m the right fit for you. Back to top.

How do I book a reading?
Check out my shop and follow the instructions from there. Readings are completed and delivered to you via a written PDF and image within 4 days after purchase. If you have any trouble with the checkout process, please email me and we’ll get you sorted out. Back to top.

Reading Refunds
Tarot readings are service-based and not subject to refunds. I’m always happy to clarify any questions you have about your reading, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns.  If you didn’t receive your reading within the current lead time stated on your order page, please check your spam or promotional folders/tabs in your email client.
